Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Have a positive work attitude.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous and a good team player.
- Provide Shared Personal Assistant Services to the client Leads
- Provide corporate support to the client officers.
- Assist with record-keeping for about 400 assets.
- Assist with onboarding activities such as distribution of items, creation of accounts and updating of details in the various systems for the 500 new hires who will be recruited by December 2023
- Assist with the provision of equipment and supplies for the newly renovated HQ level 10.
- Assist with the implementation of hotdesking initiatives. This includes the distribution, monitoring and stock management of sanitizers, wet wipes and surface cleaners for common areas.
