Job description
You will assist the Admin team with following duties:
- Identify files to be re-located and arrange files in the onsite compactors according to file number.
- Pack files from onsite compactors to carton boxes and transfer to temporarily storage room.
- Arrange cartons in specific order to facilitate movement of cartons in an orderly manner.
- Assist to track and maintain an accurate master list for files packed in each carton box.
- Assist to seal and prepare file labels to be properly pasted on each carton.
- Assist in the supervision of movers for carton boxes collect and shift from office to site.
- Perform data entry on Microsoft Office applications (e.g. Word, Excel).
- Any other admin duties assigned.
