Job Requirements:
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
- IT savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Provide administrative support
- Schedule meetings, discussions, training sessions and workshops
- Facilitate distribution of project materials
- Support tracking of invoices and payments
- Facilitate approval of system access and access right reviews
- Ad-hoc administrative support duties as assigned
