General support in AHD:
- Assist to arrange meetings, collate meeting materials, and prepare logistic items require for various meetings, events, workshops or seminars for AHD teams
- Printing and organizing of documents
- Database management: data entries and verifications of data in the system against excel spreadsheet or other source within given timeline
- Collation of data from various agency for updating purposes in Excel or other MS office programme files
- Assist to source for quotes from suppliers for various purchase if needed
- To provide any other logistical and administrative support within the Division.
- Assist with preparing the list require for greeting cards that will send to various stakeholders
- Other tasks assigned by AHD officers.
