Purpose of Job:
The Organisational and Development unit is responsible for driving changes and transformation. The unit focuses on facilitating interventions through a holistic and systematic approach and ensure that changes are aligned to our key strategic thrusts. Additionally, the unit constantly seeks to create and foster a culture of improvement and innovation to better support the work of various divisions. You will be required to provide support in the following areas:
1. Organisational Development
Any other duties when assigned.
- Diploma.
- Organisational development skillsets and/or experience in the domain would be an advantage.
- Process drive, initiative and openness to embrace and lead change and deliver results.
- Able to work well under pressure and with minimal supervision.
- Able to multi-task, good project management skills.
- Proficient/familiar with design tools is a plus.
- Team player with good interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
- Passion in serving the rehabilitation and aftercare sector.

- Facilitation of organisational development and culture strengthening activities in preparation for change and performance
- Transformation and innovation related activities in the organisation
- Internal communications in the organisation
- Promote service excellence in the organisation
1. Organisational Development
- Assist in the organisation of staff engagement initiatives such as Townhall Sessions and Lunch & Learn to strengthen organisation cohesiveness and culture.
- Support the driving of innovation initiatives to promote innovation in the organisation.
- Prepare and send broadcasts for internal communication purposes.
- Assist with the preparation and publication of bi-monthly newsletter for dissemination to the organisation, its subsidiary and Board.
