- At least 1 year of experience in a legal office/department, law firm or similar environment.
- Comfortable with learning how to use new computer systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Be meticulous and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

You will be part of the Legal Division and responsible for providing administrative support to the team. Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

- Processing letters including printing, proofreading, and mailing out.
- Processing of fines.
- Lodging of appeals and monitoring their processing by legal counsels.
- Schedule court hearings.
- Organise and manage case files, including filing and indexing documents, evidence, and correspondence.
- Assist in preparing for hearings, trials, and other court proceedings.
- Coordinate with legal counsels and other legal staff to ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
