Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $6,340.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Organise and attend campus partnerships events such as guest lectures, workshops, sponsorship events, networking events, etc. 
• Support events logistics, manage publicity materials and work closely with vendors in the procurement of services and goods required for our events
• Coordinate internship selection and technical assessments
• Track, analyse and report on internship selection progression. Update school stakeholders on progress.
• Review recruitment and selection processes and make recommendation on areas for improvement
• Organise and participate in internship engagement activities

Key Requirements:

• Open to fresh graduates, past work experiences in campus/events planning, recruitment work is preferred
• Passionate about engaging students and see them develop interest in technology
• Strong ownership, pro-active, conceptual and has analytical skills
• Able to forge strong relationship at all levels and influencing key stakeholders
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• MS Office
