Job description
Job Requirements:
- 5 years of working experience with relevant experience in HRM, Learning and Development, Business Partnership and Employee Engagement- Excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- Customer-centric, able to engage and build rapport with diverse stakeholders
- Knowledge of Workday would be advantageous
Job Descriptions:
- Support the HR management (HRM) functions and learning & development activities which include, but are not limited to, recruitment and selection; rewards and benefits; staff information system; and staff learning & development;
- Review HR processes and procedures for greater effectiveness and efficiency;
- Analyze HR data and generate insights to support strategic decision making;
- Prepare reports, dashboards and presentations on key HR metrics, trends and workforce analytics;
- Partner with operational divisions as HR Business Partner to enable Tote Board to meet our vision and mission; and
- Design and calibrate learning interventions to prepare staff to be employable and future-ready.
