Job Requirements:
- Attained at least a University degree or above, preferably in Psychology, and of good academic standing
- Has a keen interest in work relating to providing psychological services within an organisation
- Has an eye for detail and is generally meticulous
- Able to work independently and can be a supporting role in team projects
Job Description:
- Front client's personnel selection efforts by coordinating with multiple stakeholders to deliver psychometric test user support for candidates
- Generate scoring of psychometric test results and provide behavioural observations of candidates to assist selection
- Timely update of assessment database system to facilitate successful operation of psychometric testing functions
- Support team in other psychological services and ad hoc work tasks as directed by Deputy Director
