- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Attend to walk-in Members of Public (MOPs).
- Processing of application, renewal, issuance, and printing of licences using internal system. Training will be provided for use of internal systems.)
- Familiar with Common Office Tools (Microsoft Outlook, Skype, etc.)
- Handling of enquiries on license related matters via phone calls and emails.
- To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.
Key Requirements:
- Higher Nitec and above
- Candidates should be tech-savvy, customer-centric, proactive with positive working attitude.
- Good communication and writing skills in English (written / spoken).
- Prefer mandarin-speaking as there may be a need to attend to elderly or foreign Chinese drivers.
