Customer Service Officer

• $2,390.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Attend to walk-in Members of Public (MOPs).
• Processing of application, renewal, issuance, and printing of licences using internal system. Training will be provided for use of internal systems.)
• Familiar with Common Office Tools (Microsoft Outlook, Skype, etc.)
• Handling of enquiries on license related matters via phone calls and emails.  
• To perform any ad hoc duties as assigned.

Key Requirements:

• Higher Nitec and above
• Candidates should be tech-savvy, customer-centric, proactive with positive working attitude.
• Good communication and writing skills in English (written / spoken).
• Prefer mandarin-speaking as there may be a need to attend to elderly or foreign Chinese drivers.
