Requirements:

Degree or Diploma holder in Art / Design / Visual Communication or related disciplines
Preferably with at least two years of relevant experience in training and/or security-related jobs
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable to propose new ideas for education
Proficiency, in Microsoft software, graphic design software including Adobe Creative Cloud and other visual design tools
Keen aesthetic sense
Ability to work in a fast-paced setting under tight deadlines with strong project and time-management skills
Creative, innovative as a team player and able to work independently

Job Description:

Understand the goals and to enhance security awareness and knowledge with the materials produced
Conceptualise, creation, design and editing skills of monthly training materials for security lessons or engagements suitable for dissemination through email, website or digital platforms. (Materials include but not limited to: PowerPoint slides, graphics and infographics, Simple video production (ideating, producing, filming and editing), Convert exam material into digital format)
Design surveys useful for interpreting quantitative and qualitative data and propose enhancements, where applicable
Simple copywriting skills
Editing content to ensure materials are grammatically correct and engaging to recipients
Participate in brainstorming session with team and support any other training related programmes as assigned
Ensure timely delivery of materials
