Job Requirements:
You will assist in both employee engagement and employer branding work.
- Preferably a diploma in business administration, human resource, marketing, event management or related disciplines.
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel.
- Good time management skills, meticulous and able to multi-task.
- A team player who is also able to work independently.
- Prior experience in assisting with the running of events or/and marketing content creation would be an advantage.
- Be detail oriented
- Able to interact with public

- Provide administrative and logistical support to events, group, organisation and inter-ministry level.
- Financial matters such as expenditure papers preparation, budget and expenses monitoring.
- Collaterals stock take.
- Client's Alumni member database updating.
