Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience, preferably in driving programmes or managing courses and interest groups for seniors
  • Self-driven, resourceful and passionate about meeting and working with people
  • Good written and oral communications skills
  • Shows competencies in preparation of slides & strong presentation skills 
  • Shows creativity and innovativeness in implementing new initiatives
  • Possess knowledge and skills in social media platforms
  • Willing to work on several weekends and weeknights 
  • Have strong organisational and communication skills and demonstrates experience in project and/or event management
Job Descriptions:
  • Assist the team in programme curation, marketing, event planning, collateral development and logistics required for respective events
  • Develop different marketing strategies to create awareness on the client's programmes
  • Conceptualise and design publicity and outreach materials to promote client's programmes to target segments
  • Course curation with Trainers/Private Operators and partners to develop new courses and programmes and assist the team to develop, promote and implement at national level initiatives and programmes to reach out to the hard-to-reach target segments
  • Engage and support Trainers and IGs leaders,  to take part in the event showcases
  • Coordinate pre-event preparation and operations which include event administrative management of programmes, establish procurement requirements, preparation for site visit, etc.
  • Coordinate with all stakeholders to plan the logistics/manpower required to partake in events, ensuring smooth operation where course try-out, on-the-spot sign-up and any other activities are run as planned.
  • Perform on any course administrative matters to ensure full operation of courses developed
  • Prepare and ensure timely submission of progress reports, updates, etc.
  • Handle any procurement required to run the projects, adhering to the procurement procedures, and ensure all payments are made to vendors
  • Any other tasks as assigned by supervisor
