- Proficient in Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint
- Comfortable working with both internal and external stakeholders which include senior clinicians, academics and medical professionals from healthcare institutions.
- Meticulous and good time management skills.
- Able to work independently and also as a team player.
- Clinical knowledge will be advantageous but not mandatory.
- Analytics-minded and details oriented.
- Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Good verbal, written, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proofread and coordinate inputs from internal and external stakeholders for national guidelines/policies, which may include liaising and scheduling meetings with committee/workgroup members and stakeholders.
- Manage appointments and provide administrative support to the various teams on patient safety and quality improvement projects.
- Compile reports, submissions, meeting agendas and follow-up actions.
- Perform secretariat and administrative duties for divisional and external meetings.
- Undertake scanning and analysis of scientific literature to guide the client's strategic and operational policies.
- Any other assigned duties.
