- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Be meticulous, have good organisational skills and be able to work effectively within tight deadlines.
- Prior experience in grant management or related function and familiarity with the maritime industry would be added advantages.

You will be part of a dynamic team that enhances the client's competitiveness by facilitating companies’ efforts to build manpower, business and productivity capabilities.
Your responsibilities include:
- To administer the Maritime Cluster Fund (MCF) to support manpower, business development and productivity initiatives.
- To assist with the grant administration to ensure effectiveness, efficiency and governance in the process. This includes working on the claims and disbursements as well as supporting documentations and records management.
- Other ad-hoc administrative matters on a needs basis.
