Job Requirements:
- Enter, clean and organise data for various career development programmes, in Excel format
- Liaise with public agencies and public officers
- Plan and execute the operations of both in-person and online events for public officers
- Provide input to outreach strategies and materials
- Able to write and speak in a clear and professional manner
- Able to pay attention to details
- Have good understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint and Zoom
- Have positive attitude towards learning new skills
- Having experience of data cleaning & analysis is an advantage
- Having experience of running events (e.g., Gantt chart, contingency planning) is an advantage
- Having interest in design and/or marketing is useful
