Salaries & Benefits:
- $2,600.00 per month
- Completion bonus will be given

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle general enquiries (calls and emails) from employers and migrant workers (MWs), including CRM escalations from MOMCC.
- Review and assist to route FormSG and CRM cases to relevant teams for follow up.
- Collate necessary statistics from CRM and FormSG for case tracking.
- Handle returned mails for letters sent out by CPG team.
- Updating of female MWs’ 6ME results and related enquires.
- To perform ad-hoc duties including data-entry task, generation of standard outcome letters and issue outcome to customers.
- Possess positive work attitude
- Good communication skills
- Computer literate and know MS Office
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Admin or data entry experience preferred
