Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full time)

Salaries & Benefits:

• $2,600.00 per month
• Completion bonus will be given
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
   

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle general enquiries (calls and emails) from employers and migrant workers (MWs), including CRM escalations from MOMCC.
• Review and assist to route FormSG and CRM cases to relevant teams for follow up.
• Collate necessary statistics from CRM and FormSG for case tracking.
• Handle returned mails for letters sent out by CPG team.
• Updating of female MWs’ 6ME results and related enquires.
• To perform ad-hoc duties including data-entry task, generation of standard outcome letters and issue outcome to customers.

• Possess positive work attitude
• Good communication skills
• Computer literate and know MS Office
• Able to work with minimum supervision
• Admin or data entry experience preferred
