- Work experience as administrative support is preferable, and proficient in office style writing and use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Basic project management experience would be beneficial.
- Basic experience with procurement, google analytics and content management systems and understanding in IT applications and systems would be beneficial.
- Hands on experience with MS Office
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
- Proactive and resourceful
- Able to write well, work independently and is a good team player
- Good communication skills and pleasant disposition
Job Descriptions:
- Coordinate and project manage the various assigned tasks including budget and event management
- Write submissions for procurement of services/goods
- Track and archive email responses from multiple stakeholders
- Track and update project timeline
- Extract specified data using Google Analytics
- Collate data ensuring accuracy of data collected and populate into provided templates
- Engagement with different stakeholders as required for the assigned projects · Prepare processes that may include the IT system interfacing for the assigned projects
- Schedule and coordinate briefings, meetings/conference calls
- Manage internal and external stakeholders including their queries
- Provide administrative support and organise meetings/seminars/workshops as required (including calendar invites, room bookings, zoom meeting set ups etc)
- Liaison for relevant topics to technical team · Record minutes during meetings / interview transcripts
- Perform any other administrative duties as assigned
