- Experience in managing payroll systems and/or external stakeholders (e.g. customers) will be an advantage
- Able to work in a fast paced, multi-stakeholder and team setting

Job Descriptions:
- Processing pension payments to pensioners, including handling failed payments, follow-ups and queries from outsourced vendor which processes pension administration and payment services to pensioners residing overseas.
- Processing pensioners’ and eligible dependants’ medical claims.
- Processing Medisave and Medishield payments, including handing Medisave refund and recovery.
- Following up with next-of-kins on outstanding due from deceased pensioners.
- Updating of pensioners’ records in HRP.
- Attending to Pensions hotline and helpdesk.
- Performing reconciliations of pensions-related accounts.
