- Experience with data management software e.g. Microsoft Excel, Stata, etc.
- Commitment to excellence in quality of outputs
- Excellent time management and discipline in meeting deadlines
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with others and build networks
- Acquire health technology related data from healthcare institutions or providers or other relevant parties
- Implement data collection systems or processes to optimise efficiency and quality
- Develop, process and maintain datasets e.g. drug utilisation databases, to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
- Develop and update standard operating procedures, data dictionary and statistical command files (where applicable) for data management purposes
- Ensure datasets are organised, updated in a timely manner, secure and accessible
- Manage access to datasets and performing regular checks to ensure accuracy and integrity of data
- Support the conduct of relevant utilisation analysis as part of health technology assessment to inform funding decision-making by the client
- Track and analyse the utilisation of health technologies to support other team members in leveraging insights to drive appropriate and cost-effective care
- Track and report utilisation and expenditure of drugs under risk sharing agreements
- Support the maintenance of drug utilisation dashboard
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand data needs, develop data templates that are fit for purpose and understand expected timelines
- Identify points of contact within healthcare institutions or providers to work with or to request for data
- Engage healthcare institutions or providers to better understand the reasons for the results
