Job Requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Trained in accounting or payroll and compensation benefits
- Proactive attitude and ability to diagnose the issues and propose solutions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- A meticulous and independent worker who is able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
- Experience in using SAP system would be an advantage
- Work on compensation and benefits for employees as well as pensioners.
- Diagnose and work on issues and propose solutions.
