- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent
- Good organisational and communications skills
- Self-directed and responsible
- Good written skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical, budgetary, and grants administration details to internal staff and external grantees.
- Ability to follow and implement effective workflow processes and procedures
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and follow through to effectively manage work and meet multiple deadlines
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Available on 1-month’s notice.

Responsibilities include:
- Manage applications received in the grants portal as well as engage and respond to queries from various stakeholders such as applicants, grant partners, etc.
- Handle email requests from potential applicants.
- Facilitate the assessment and submission of grant proposals to the Approving Authority.
- Support the team in grant administration such as drafting grant approval letters, as well as general administration.
- Weekly checks in the grants portal for ad-hoc applications.
- Engage applicants for more information and provide internal recommendations for grant applications.
- Drafting of grant approval letters and/or addendum letters.
- Updating of monthly grant tracking lists.
