Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $27.00 per hour
- Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Deal with exhibits, which include returning exhibits to the rightful owners and facilitating the disposal of exhibits and seized monies;
- Put up service replies to be sent to case persons upon case conclusion;
- Filing and labelling of documents within the IP folder electronically;
- Facilitate the arrangement with accused person for administration of warning/advisory upon the Client’s decision;
- Managing services queries from persons of interest including victims, witnesses, complainants and claimants; and
- Any other administrative tasks directed by Head of Branch
Key Requirements:
- Observe confidentiality at all times for all documents and information received and handled during the course of work;
- Possess at least Diploma / A’level qualifications, and will be assessed based on a mixture of experience, aptitude and qualifications;
- Preference for candidates with relevant working experience in law enforcement agencies,
- Meticulous, organised, and able to work independently;
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills (both spoken and written) in English;
- Understand simple legal documents, for the purpose of attending to work assignments;
- Possess basic computer literacy skills including Microsoft Office applications, and comfortable with learning and using computerized investigation management systems;
- Be flexible and adaptable to any process changes;
