Salary & Benefits:

• Up to $4,700.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop Partnerships

• Collaborate with organisations to co-create and support initiatives that address the evolving needs and aspirations of youth in Singapore.

2. Stakeholder Engagement

• Work closely with internal teams and external partners to build trust-based relationships that enhance youth engagement and development outcomes.

3. Grants Management

• Administering relevant grants that provide essential support to youth sector organisations.

Key Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders and foster collaborative relationships.
• Experience in managing funding schemes, including application processes, compliance, and financial reporting.
• Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and timelines efficiently.
• Familiarity with youth trends, challenges, and opportunities in Singapore’s social landscape.
• A strong sense of integrity and commitment to upholding transparent and responsible grant practices.
