To assist the Corporate Services to improve arrangement of physical file registry for easy retrieval and stock take of fixed assets.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:

- Diploma in any field
- Working experience in government's registry work
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge in registry and records management preferred

- Guide Assistant Associate on the file registry’s arrangement.
- Assist Finance in the stock take of fixed assets.
