Job Requirements:

Research
International Partnership (IP)
- Any field of study with an interest in arts, culture, and heritage
- Specialisation in Arts & Social Sciences; Communications; Events Management, Business Development; International Relations will be an advantage
- Good command of English with good communication and written skills
- Versed in Microsoft office
- Good eyes for details
- Ability to work in dynamic working environment
- Team player
- Experience in Arts Management and/or qualification from LaSalle, NAFA, SOTA and other arts background would be an advantage.

Research
- Assist with research for bi-annual newsletter, Culture Bytes.
- Assist with project management of annual journal, Cultural Connections
- Assist with account/partnership management of research partners for research studies.
- Assist with compilation of Singapore Cultural Statistics
- Any other duties as may be agreed and assigned.
International Partnership (IP)
- Assist with the development of different tracks of the IP agenda such as helping to do desktop research, arrange foreign visits/meetings
- Review and put up submissions such as on various CA programmes for greater international cooperation
- Assist in running (virtual) events and conferences, including the logistics and administration of the activities, liaising with vendors, internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in marketing of IP (or Research’s) events.
- Development and management of SOPs/databases for IP (and Research) and involve in data analytic projects. Knowledge and interest in technological applications will be advantageous.
- Secretariat duties including management of meetings and taking notes and post-meeting follow ups.
- Any other duties as may be agreed and assigned.
