Job Requirements:
- Must be Tech-savvy (proficient in the use of computer, internet, Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Experience in using Skype/Team for web audio/video conferencing, screen sharing.
- Knowledge in Customer Relationship Management tool is a plus.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Willing to learn new software system.
Job Descriptions:
- Assist in routing daily CRM and grey envelopes to respective processing officers.
- Assist in handle and close out non-complex enquiry to improve service standard.
- Assist in compliance work (e.g. update notification records, unemployment tracking)
- Assist in managing mailbox (e.g. organizing emails archives, respond to messages)
