- Must be Tech-savvy (proficient in the use of computer, internet, Microsoft Office, Excel)
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in using virtual communication tool (Skype, Teams)

- Assist in answering and directing enquiries.
- Follow up on weekly/monthly report.
- Draft correspondence, report and other documents.
- Assist in maintaining and organizing mailbox, perform archiving and ensuring records are kept up-to date.
- Provide generic administrative support to the team
