- Experience in customer service, admin or data entry is preferred
Job Description:
- Handle enquiries (calls and emails) from the employers and MWs, including CRM escalations from MOMCC
- Updating of female MWs’ 6ME results and related enquiries
- Assist to e-route FormSG and cases to relevant team
- To perform ad-hoc duties including data-entry task, generation of standard outcome letters and issue outcome to customers
- Handling of returned mails for letters sent out by CPG team
- To read and route all incoming faxes/ mails to the respective Processing Officers/Sections for their follow-up
