Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $15.00 per hour
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Account for monies received by creating deposit records in the finance system and to investigate further if there are discrepancies
• Understand the different types of individual account codes/cost centres and appreciate the various accounting treatment and ensure that all transactions are posted to the appropriate accounts in the finance system.
• Clarify with Client Agencies and post re-class journals if necessary
• Verify that all transactions are duly certified by the authorized Certifying Officers (COs) by comparing against the list of Specimen Signatures of the COs or the List of authorised COs for the various processes
• Check that all transaction documents received from agencies are in order and that all relevant supporting documents are attached for record and audit purposes
• Check and monitor Case Management System daily to pick up and process Service Requests from Client Agencies, are processed in accordance with agreed timeline
• Prioritize and monitor outstanding transactions using relevant reports and dashboards; and work with the team leads to ensure that they are processed timely and accurately
• Any other ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by supervisors

Key Requirements:

• Proficient in MS Office,
• Prior experience in Oracle or other accounting software preferred.
