Job Requirements:
- Experience with Human Resource Information System (HRIS) and/or records management would be an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office applications, in particular MS Excel
- A self-motivated and independent individual with a positive work attitude
- Able to work effectively in a team
- Meticulous with attention to details
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills
- A background in Marketing would be an considered as well.
- Assist in the management of HR processes and records, including but not limited to recruitment, scholarships, staff benefits,, training, wellness and wellbeing.
- Assist in preparation of data and records for digitisation, archival or disposal
- Assist in managing the transition of HR processes and records to Cumulus (Workday), including data cleaning, standardisation for existing data, verify the accuracy of data, checking on the data migration and performing user acceptance testing if required
- Any other duties as assigned
