Your primary job function is to assist in tracking of outstanding levies, and sending levy repayment demand letters to the employers. This includes checking of information, printing of letters and data entry.
Depending on manpower needs, you may be re-deployed to assist with other duties such as case management of customer enquiries, which requires identifying urgent cases and assigning them to relevant officers. You may also be required to assist in converting hardcopy documents into digital form for storage. You will also help in other administrative tasks as needed.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel and Word
- Meticulous and diligent
- Proactive
- Undaunted by having to process a significant volume of data
