The job holder is responsible for processing levy waiver related transactions and assist on escalated customer enquiries.
Depending on manpower needs, officer may also be re-deployed to help in other administrative tasks as needed.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills e.g. Excel and Word.
- Possess good customer service and communication (written and spoken) skills.
- Be proactive and adaptable in dealing with different situations.
- Be meticulous and attentive to details.

- Process levy waiver related transactions according to approved criteria/guidelines.
- Triage and resolve escalated customer enquiries on levy waiver and refund issues.
- Regularly and systematically identify high priority customer enquiries to be addressed and assigning cases to the relevant portfolio officers.
- Any other duties assigned by supervisors.
