- Experience in project management would be advantageous

- Able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively

Job Responsibilities include:
- Assist the Project Team Leader in the implementation of projects/initiatives under the client's Channel Digitalization and Transformation programme, which includes the client Corporate Website Usability Study and development.
- Work with external vendors and relevant stakeholders to plan and coordinate customer interviews, dipstick surveys, focus group discussions (FGD) and user requirement sessions to define the requirements and content for the website.
- Define, draft, and update documents associated with the projects, such as user requirement specifications and SOPs.
- Participate in prototype and Minimum Viable Product development and testing.
- Provide secretariat support in meetings, note-taking, monthly reports preparation and tracking of project progress and milestones
- Assist and support any other projects or duties as assigned by supervisor.
