Roles & Responsibilities: 

• Assist to provide after-death care services at after-death facilities
• Assist to monitor ground situation and track status of work done and services
• Assist supervisor to perform administrative duties and manage phone calls
• Attending to public feedback and enquiry on Exhumation Programme
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor i.e, inspection of niches

Key Requirements:

• Good interpersonal communication skills
• Able to communicate in both spoken and written English & Chinese
• Basic data entry skill
• Willing to work in after-death care service environment
• Able and willing to work after office hours
• Able to work independently as well as in teams
