Job description

Job Requirements:
- Diploma/ Degree
- Proficient in MS Office
- Preferably with experience in admin/processing work and attending to customer/public email enquiries
- Able to commit for at least 3 months, with option for further extension

Job Description:
- Attend to public enquiries email
- Process applications for registration/ enrolment as Nurses/ Midwives
- Process re-print of Certificates of Registration (RC) and Practising Certificates (PC) for Nurses/ Midwives
- Perform administrative process of registration/ enrolment of Nurses/ Midwives
- Perform closure of registration applications after the completion of Competency Assessments.
- Data/Application - Update data/particular of nurses, upload scanned documents to PRS, routing of e-applications to respective officers
- Retrieve, photocopy and scan documents as and when required
- Housekeeping and, tracing of hardcopy files
- Any other duties as assigned by supervisor
