Salaries & Benefits:

Basic Salary: RM2,200 per month
KPI Incentives

Roles & Responsibilities:

To perform SPU matching QC across different listings to meet 99% accuracy.
To QC pre-matched SPU models to ensure that these models are similar to the other models that have been grouped within the SPU.
To QC variations of pre-matched SPUs to find other related SPUs that can be used to create a virtual model.
To QC virtual model of typical listing vs vSKU.
To QC the final generated virtual SKU (vSKU) against the real SKUs (rSKU).

Key Requirements:

BPO/Content Moderation: Experience in a content moderation role would be an added advantage, or
Fresh Graduates: Must have at least a diploma in any field.
Strong coping, emotional resilience, and stress-management skills
Ability to perform duties objectively, devoid of inherent biases or personal beliefs, in the best interest of the policies.
Strong attention to detail
Able to work on repetitive tasks and flexibility in meeting changing business needs in a fast-paced environment.
High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region will be supported.
Basic Microsoft Excel skill is required
Able to work on repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment
