  • Up to $17.00 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities:

 

You will be supporting a digital health programme that integrates clinical, behavioural, and lifestyle care. This initiative aims to empower healthcare providers and patients in the management of chronic diseases through personalised digital interventions and lifestyle modifications.

You will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations and participant engagement through the following:

  • Manage and resolve escalated enquiries from programme participants and clinical partners regarding application processes, rewards, and other programme-related matters.
  • Support recruitment initiatives through coordination of corporate roadshows and vendor management, while facilitating effective participant onboarding and engagement.
  • Provide first-line support for the digital platform and troubleshooting assistance to users.
  • Serve as the liaison between the programme and partners, effectively triaging and routing programme-related enquiries to appropriate stakeholders.
  • Monitor and validate programme deliverables, including participants’ rewards communication to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Monitor and document programme feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Sciences, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination and/or customer service.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with excellent customer service orientation.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage logistics, timelines, and vendor relationships independently.
  • Proficiency with troubleshooting capabilities and comfort in providing first-line technical support.
  • Good digital literacy and an aptitude in learning new technologies
  • Strong competency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience in healthcare programme operations and engagement with partners is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with health applications, wearable devices, or digital onboarding processes is an advantage.
