• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handling daily enquiries and escalations received from the public via emails and phone calls.
• Handing daily sorting/triaging of incoming cases from public.
• Support the team’s administrative tasks and undertake other ad-hoc assignments when required.
