Salary:
- Up to $10,700.00 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of employee engagement surveys, including defining delivery timelines, milestones, and required resources to achieve intended outcomes.
- Analyse survey results to generate actionable insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Leverage advanced analytics tools and technology to enhance the depth and precision of insights.
- Support the organisation’s employee listening strategy by translating feedback into meaningful action plans that drive change.
Key Requirements:
- Degree in Analytics, Organisational Development, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or related fields.
- At least 5 years of experience in organisational transformation, change management, or culture work.
- Familiarity with platforms like Culture Amp, Qualtrics, EngageRocket, etc a plus.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- A team player who thrives in ambiguity and brings initiative to the table.
- Strong project management and data analysis skills.
- Experience working with vendors and cross-functional teams.
