Salary:
- Up to $10,640.00 per month
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive operational improvements and process efficiency across the division
- Manage core administrative functions of 3 Directors including:
- Finance and procurement operations
- Asset and inventory management
- Documentation and records
- Travel and expenses
- Vendor relationships
- Streamline end-to-end procurement and finance processes to enable quick team access while maintaining accountability.
- Resolve finance/procurement issues and implement improvements based on user feedback.
- Monitor process metrics and user behaviour to optimise finance and procurement experience and operations.
- Work with internal stakeholders and coordinate with legal, procurement, finance and audit teams for compliance and reconciliation.
- Plan and run initiatives to improve finance & procurement tools, policies, and practices to help teams run more effectively in the Division.
- Provide data-driven insights to support management decision-making
- Design and execute team-building initiatives and social activities
- Plan and manage divisional events and off-site functions
- Create programmes to strengthen organisational culture
- Maintain an inspiring work environment
- Drive employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee facility operations and maintenance
- Manage meeting logistics and venue bookings
- Coordinate calendar events and scheduling of assigned Directors
- Handle event documentation and vendor coordination
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in operations management, with significant exposure to finance and procurement
- Track record of implementing process improvements and digital transformations
- Experience in stakeholder management across multiple functions
- Background in data analysis and reporting
- Proven planning and organisational abilities
- Experience in culture building and event planning
- Critical thinking with attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
