Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $9,000.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Support end-to-end project management for IT systems — from budget request and tender award to implementation, maintenance, and support.
- Drive system development efforts including user and vendor management, deployment coordination (that may include weekend support), and stakeholder engagement.
- Manage and ensure compliance with IM8 governance and audit requirements, including resolution of VAPT findings and assessment of audit/security risks.
- Manage and support systems during the warranty and maintenance phases to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and end-user satisfaction.
- Provide timely incident and case management support, including troubleshooting, user support management, and coordination with relevant parties.
- Handle full spectrum of procurement activities, including papers for approval of requirements, technical specifications, reviewing vendor proposals, and ensuring proper contract execution.
- Handle project-related documentation for approval processes, including project updates to management.
- Ensure systems are delivered in line with operational needs, within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Coordinate meetings, track NOM reviews, and carry out secretariat duties including minute-taking, agenda collation, and document circulation.
Key Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certification in project management and/or technical domain is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of IM8 compliance and government procurement processes.
- Preferably over 5 years of relevant working experience in IT project and operations management
- Contract management and vendor coordination
- Stakeholder management across internal teams and external partners
- System operations support, including infrastructure integration and service continuity
- Writing technical documentation such as requirement specs, system design documents, test plans and reports
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to resolve incidents with minimal operational disruption.
- Managing both on-premises and cloud systems preferred
- Cloud technology and application modernisation
- Containers and orchestration platforms (advantageous)
- Process and data integration and exchange
- Strong planning and project management abilities.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively as a team player.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive, adaptable, and able to lead initiatives with minimal supervision.
