Headcount Needed: 1 pax (Full Time)
Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $5,000.00 per month
- Comprehensive insurance coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the Project Management Team (PMT) to develop appropriate procurement strategies/approaches to achieve effective procurement in supporting their operations.
- Prepare quotation and tender documents and manage the quotation and tendering process using electronic procurement systems e.g. GeBIZ and the Client’s internal systems.
- Monitor progress of procurement activities to ensure the procurement and contracting is achieved based on the agreed procurement timeline.
- Provide support and professional advice to the PMT on sourcing and contract management.
- Capture lessons for case study including good practices and irregularities.
- Coordinate procurement audit activities, when required.
- Other ad-hoc initiatives and projects may be assigned.
Key Requirements:
1. Qualifications
- A basic degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in a procurement or supply chain role.
- Preferred: Experience and working knowledge of public sector procurement, including familiarity with government procurement procedures, standards and guidelines.
- Diploma holder with substantial relevant experience will also be considered
2. Skills and Attributes
- Keen interest in developing competency and knowledge in procurement.
- Able to manage workload and focus on priorities.
- Good written and communication skills.
- Proactive and reliable individual with the ability to work and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
