Headcount Needed: 1 Pax (Full Time)

Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $2,600.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Questionnaire design and programming on survey platform
• Engage SSAs to identify survey needs e.g., accommodations for specific service users User 
• Acceptance Testing and adjustments to survey platform based on feedback 
• Support and coordinate fieldwork operations with multiple SSAs 
• Monitoring and reporting data collection milestones · Data cleaning and validation 
• Data visualisation and analysis

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s (or studying for) degree in the social sciences; Diploma in market research, data science or other relevant areas
• Experience in survey research
• Experience in statistical analysis 
• Experience in setting up of survey forms in platforms such as Qualtrics and FormSG 
• Experience in use of statistical analysis software such as SPSS, R 
• Experience in use of visualisation software such as PowerBI, Tableau 
• Strong project management and organisational skills. These include:  Work planning and time management, Multi-tasking and working under time pressure from multiple stakeholders, Communication skills, Working both independently and as a member of a team. 
• Interest in the social sector and understanding of needs of service users  
• Proficient in the use of MS Office, especially use of excel formulas and pivot tables.
