Headcount Needed: 5 pax (Full Time)

Salaries & Benefits:

• $13.60 per hour
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Customer facing tasks such as providing assistance to taxpayers via email and/or call
• Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbox.
• Support any ad-hoc duties as required by Supervisor

Key Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least ‘A’ level/diploma qualifications
• Candidates with prior customer service background preferred
• Good written communication skills
• Meticulous and organised in handling confidential data
• Self-motivated individual and able to handle > 20 cases per day
• Able to commit immediately and commit for at least 3 months
