Headcount Needed: 5 pax (Full Time)
Salaries & Benefits:
- $13.60 per hour
- Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
- Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Customer facing tasks such as providing assistance to taxpayers via email and/or call
- Promote and nudge taxpayers in the usage of our e-services and chatbox.
- Support any ad-hoc duties as required by Supervisor
Key Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least ‘A’ level/diploma qualifications
- Candidates with prior customer service background preferred
- Good written communication skills
- Meticulous and organised in handling confidential data
- Self-motivated individual and able to handle > 20 cases per day
- Able to commit immediately and commit for at least 3 months
