Salaries and Benefits:
- Up to $11,940.00 per month

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in the roll-out and administration of the comprehensive talent mobility and learning and development frameworks.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for cybersecurity staff, answering inquiries and providing guidance on available development resources and career pathways.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, workshops, and mentorship programs, including scheduling, participant communication, and materials preparation.
- Maintain and update systems for tracking employee competencies, certifications, and progress in development programs.
- Collect and compile data for program analysis, assisting the Senior Manager in the creation of reports and presentations for leadership.
- Help to prepare data visualizations using tools like Tableau and Excel to illustrate program engagement and outcomes.
- Assist in the development and curation of learning materials and resources for our cybersecurity professionals.
- Draft communications to promote engagement in our talent development initiatives, ensuring that employees are aware of available opportunities.
- Gather feedback from program participants to help identify areas for improvement.
- Support the Senior Manager in engaging with stakeholders by preparing materials for meetings and presentations.
- Collaborate with HR and cybersecurity teams to ensure smooth program implementation.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a talent development, learning and development, or HR coordination role.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills with a high degree of attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
- A proactive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
- An interest in cybersecurity and a willingness to learn about the field is highly desirable.
