Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, Procurement

About the job

• Up to $4,500.00 per month.
• Comprehensive insurance coverage.
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service.
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service.

• Support data migration of Schedule of Rate (SOR) items from existing contracts into catalogue line items within the upcoming ERP system (Workday/TenderBoard).
• Input data and verify in the databases and digital systems.
• Review data to identify and correct errors, inconsistencies, and anomalies.
• Provide administrative and system support to ensure smooth delivery of Procurement services.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical files, perform data backups, and ensure data integrity.
• Participate in system testing and support in data migration.

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Supply Chain or Business Administration, or other related field.
• Experience in handling high volumes of data is highly desirable.
• Strong eye for detail to ensure data accuracy.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable working with data and system testing.
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
