Salaries & Benefits:
- Up to $4,500.00 per month.
- Comprehensive insurance coverage.
- Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service.

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening CVs, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure a smooth selection process.
- Support hiring managers with interview scheduling, feedback collection, and offer management while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
- Prepare and administration of contracts for new hires and staff movement.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding HR matters and provide guidance on policies.
- Maintain and update employee personnel records to ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR projects or process improvement initiatives as directed (for example digitisation of files, records clean-up, system migration).
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, with demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and employment legislation
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with both candidates and hiring managers
- Well-versed with Workday, HRP and recruitment platforms
- Knowledge in strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws, TAFEP guidelines and industrial relations
- Strong time management and priorities management skills
