Salaries & Benefits:

• Up to $4,775.00 per month
• Comprehensive Insurance Coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service
• Tele-consult available upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist the Assistant Director (Financial Service) in working with various departments to handle public inquiries.
• Support the administration of retirement and service injury processes.
• Manage the pension hotline and handle pension-related queries.
• Perform checks on pensioners’ claims to ensure accuracy.
• Liaise with Health Service Providers to ensure accurate billing of medical expenses to the Government.
• Assist in reviewing and streamlining current workflows.
• Support system enhancements to minimise manual processes.

• Knowledgeable of accounting matters, standards and guidelines;

• Proactive attitude
• Excellent interpersonal skills with effective oral and written communication
• Meticulous, independent, and able to carry out responsibilities with minimum supervision
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint) is an advantage.
