Salaries and Benefits:

• Up to $4,380.00 per month
• Comprehensive insurance coverage
• Issued e-Medical Card upon 3 months of service

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Write impact stories and features for ACE’s Voices to Impact.
• Liaise with featured patient experts for the required media consent and release forms.
• Write content for newsletters, including CEE Updates and ACE Insights.

• Convert patient surveys for HTAs from Word documents to FormSG.
• Transcribe handwritten patient responses into Excel documents for analysis and tracking.
• Collate responses from patient organisations and track contributions from each patient organisation.

• Re-purpose images from patient educational resources for social media posts.
• Design website thumbnails.
• Create and edit videos for ACE’s Voices to Impact.
• Design eDMs, promotional materials and collaterals.

• Draft dissemination emails and manage mass distribution using Postman.
• Coordinate meeting and workshop logistics.
• Prepare AORs and related documentation.
• Provide other administrative support and related duties as needed.

• Degree in healthcare or social science fields; or equivalent level of knowledge acquired through experience and further training/development
• At least 1 year of relevant experience 
• Excellent project management, time management, reporting and analytical skills
• Effective and persuasive communicator demonstrating clear oral, written and presentation skills with a high degree of personal credibility and sensitivity
• Experience in producing written and/or visual collaterals (e.g., infographics) in plain English for a range of different audiences, especially lay people 
• Thorough attention to detail and high standards of accuracy
• Ability to use different social media platforms and creative design tools such as Canva and Adobe packages
• Flexible attitude and ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
